Do you test on animals?

Vitality Origins is a cruelty-free body and hair care line. We NEVER test on animals. We are committed to creating products that use only natural ingredients that are safe. Our products are also 100% vegan and cruelty-free!

Are your products gluten-free?

Yes, our products are gluten-free. We will NEVER ever formulate products with harmful ingredients. All of our products are FREE of fragrances, parabens, phthalates, propylene glycol, sulfates, mineral oils, or dyes, among many other ingredients. Vitality Origins cannot guarantee that any ingredients or products were produced in an allergen-free environment.

Are your products vegan?

Our products are vegan! Each product on VitalityOrigins.com has an ingredient listing where you can view all the ingredients for the products you're interested in. We cannot guarantee that any ingredients and products were produced/packaged in an allergen-free environment.

Why does it say sea unlimted, inc. on my invoice?

if you made your payment via paypal you will see SEA Unlimited, Inc. instead of Vitality Origins. It is the parent company of Vitality Origins.

When can I expect my order?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process your order, we package it, and then we ship your order to you! This process typically takes 1 – 3 business days from the time the order is placed. We’ll make sure to send you a shipping notification with a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships. International orders take a little longer due to customs and local carrier delivery processing.

I haven't received my order, my order is missing items, or my shipment is late?

How much is the sales tax?
